Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We'll gladly send a replacement or issue a store credit, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we're unable to cancel it.
